Customer notice: interest rates adjustment
This serves to inform our esteemed customers that the interest rates on Personal Loans will be changed with effect from 5 April 2020. Kindly contact your nearest branch or call 5950 to see how your loan will be affected.
We also wish to advise that, until 31 March 2020, customers will have the option of choosing to maintain their final loan(s) repayment date while varying their monthly repayment(s). All affected loans for which the above choice is not exercised, will have their final repayment dates extended while monthly repayment amounts will remain as is.

Bank of Zambia directive on fees and charges
Following the Bank of Zambia circular regarding the removal of certain bank charges and fees effective 4 September 2018, Barclays Bank Zambia Plc wishes to advise that the Bank has fully complied with the directive. The Bank has effected system changes to remove the fees. Any charges/fees that customers will incur during this changeover will be refunded.
