    1. Visit https://online.absa.co.zm/air/feature/onlineRegistration
    2. Click Register Now
    3. Enter customer information and accept the terms and conditions
    4. You receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS
    5. Enter OTP and click next
    6. Create username and password on the password confirmation screen
    7. Click next
    8. You will see a confirmation screen and are now registered to use Absa Internet Banking
    9. Always log out after using your online account
  • How to view or download statements

    1. Visit https://online.absa.co.zm/Click log on next to the search tab
    2. Click log in
    3. Enter username and password and click log in
    4. Enter OTP received via SMS and click nextSelect 'Accounts and Transactions' tab
    5. Select 'Statements'
    6. Choose the statement month from the list of available statements
    7. Either view or download the statement
  • How to pay your Absa credit card

    7. Select 'pay a bill' on the right of the screen

    9. For a new payee, select Absacard
    10. Enter card number

    10. Enter meter number

  • How to do a fund transfer (Absa to Absa)

    1. Visit https://online.absa.co.zm/
    2. Click log on next to the search tab
    3. Click log in
    4. 4. Enter username and password and click log in
    5. Enter OTP received via SMS and click next
    6. Select 'transfer and payment' tab
    7. Select account you want to transfer funds from and payee
    8. For a registered payee, enter amount, payment description and click next (for a new payee, enter customer details and follow the next steps)
    9. Review and confirm transaction details
    10. You will see a confirmation screen
  • How to do bank to wallet transfers

    1. Visit https://online.absa.co.zm/
    2. Click log on on the top right
    3. Click log in
    4. Enter username and password
    5. Enter OTP received via SMS and click next
    6. Select Mobile Wallet Services on the right side after clicking 'Transfer and Payment'
    7. Select a payee (MTN, Airtel or Zamtel)
    8. Select/Enter either own or other mobile number
    9. Enter amount
    10. Add to payee list if you wish
    11. Click next
    12. Confirm details and click next
    13. If transfer is made to an exisiting payee, transaction will be successful
    14. If transfer is made to a new payee, an OTP will be sent to you to validate, then the transaction will be successful
