Hospital Cash Plan comes embedded when you open an Absa Ultimate, Premier or Prestige Account

• Ultimate Account holders receive a cash benefit in the event of hospitalisation
• A lump sum amount is payable to the next of kin within 48 hours of notification of death of account holder
• Benefits are payable to members only or their legal representatives and not extended to other family members
• Benefit payable for a minimum of 4 days and maximum of 180 days
• Premier Account holders qualify for cash benefit of K300 for the account holder, K200 for their spouse and K200 per child (up to 4 children) per day
• Prestige Account holders qualify for cash benefit of K250 for the account holder, K150 for their spouse and K150 per child (up to 4 children) per day
